FA Cup Final Schedule & Premier League may be separated

Looking at the FA Cup final and Premier League last season, the FA decided to separate these two games, although still in the same week. Schedule FA Cup final plan will be moved to Saturday, May 5, after the English Premier League quotas agreed to move their game to Sunday.

The decision was taken after seeing the events of last season, where the FA Cup final and Premier League are in the same day and not a few who criticized it as "magical" FA Cup was lost. At that time, Manchester City successfully silenced the Stoke City at Wembley and a few hours later, Manchester United clinched the 19th after a draw against Blackburn Rovers.

Two important game is supposed to be held on different days, so that fans can enjoy it. And the error will be revised due to two important matches will be held on two different days. "We realize this is not good for each competition, because we match clash with FA Cup," said a spokesman for the Premier League.

However, this is only a temporary decision just because the game outside the Premier League can only damage the schedule. If the British contingent was left up to the final Europa League, the Premier League will be back on schedule, ie, in conjunction with the FA Cup final, with reasons to give a break to prepare for midweek matches.
