Manchester United lose Anderson four to five weeks. Anderson sidelined for four to five weeks with a hamstring injury.
This was confirmed manager Sir Alex Ferguson as United prepare to face Athletic Bilbao in the last 16 of the Europa League. "Anderson could lose four to five weeks with a hamstring problem," said the boss in the club's official website. "Usually a hamstring problem could be quickly recovered, but we have to wait how it is approximately the next week to assess recovery."
Ferguson then turned to discuss the away games in Bilbao. United threatened to fail through to the quarter-finals after losing 3-2 at home. "Party hard for us. Bilbao had a big advantage after winning at Old Trafford. It's a challenge, but it does not mean we can not overcome," said Ferguson. "Our away record to help, we played very well. We need to look good."
