Rafael Benitez thinks of himself linked with Chelsea for the Champions League title challenge. Rafael Benitez has denied a claim that Chelsea had offered the position of coach at Stamford Bridge.
As is known, the former Liverpool coach was widely reported to be coached the Blues after Andre Villas-Boas kicked out of the coaching chair for about two weeks ago. However, it was denied by Benitez.
"People keep talking and talking but in the end I did not get a bid on my desk," Benitez said as quoted by Tribal Football. "They (Chelsea) to talk about what they want and they want to win the Champions League, so I bit associated with them because I am a successful record in the Champions League."
