Ramires extend the contract until 2017 with the Blues. Brazilian midfielder Ramires, has been officially added his tenure with Chelsea until 2017. Since recruited from Benfica in August 2010 by the manager of the Blues at the time, Carlo Ancelotti, the 24-year player has collected a total of 71 appearances in all competitions.
The signing of new contracts was conducted shortly after the dismissal of Andre Villas-Boas from his architect Chelski on Sunday (4/3) ago. "I am very pleased with my new contract," said Ramires on the official club website.
"I am very pleased with the support I can during the play for this club, so I want to express my thanks to Chelsea." Last weekend, Ramires even recorded a match to 50th in the Premier League with the Stamford Bridge camp. Unfortunately, the match was lost 1-0 to Chelsea host West Brom.
